sometimes I get exhausted physically. it usually happens when I'm traveling. it's been a long long while since i've felt emotionally exhausted- but i kind of feel that way today. I've had to feel alot of things in the past week and a half. Some of them are nice to feel, and then let go- others linger, and hang out for awhile..Other times I feel like I'm supposed to feel a certain way, but I just don't- and so i have to reconcile the 2.
There are lots and lots of things happening in my life..im feeling anxious lately- which is not normally a feeling i let occupy space in my life.
